Every user who joins the platform is deemed to accept these terms. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their account details.

Usage conditions of sold accounts (concurrent sessions, region locks etc.) are stated in the product description. Violating them may affect the guarantee.

Balance refunds are made for in-guarantee faults or undeliverable orders. Crypto network fees are outside refund scope.

Accounts may be suspended in case of fraud, multi-account abuse or payment chargebacks.
